These insights, alongside interacting with commercial decision makers at the highest levels, now fuels my approach to recruitment and sales strategy within the recruitment sector.

After shifting my focus to assisting companies attract and retain top tier talent, I established myself as an executive level Headhunter and problem solver, with a predominant focus in the Life Science and IT/Tech commercial sector. 

My strategic thinking and commitment to forming lasting partnerships have solidified my reputation as a trusted recruitment advisor, renowned for crafting elite commercial teams, ranging from ambitious sales professionals to Chief Commercial Officers.

Before taking charge as the Head of Focus on Cloud Sales (A subsidery of Focus Cloud Group), I co founded and led Focus on Life Science, becoming a trusted ally to some of the world's most esteemed organisations.
